  Clean, warm and inviting. Staff is patient and helpful without being pushy or making you feel like a commission check. Return visit a year later resulted in anther positive experience, and very likely to return info the future for additional needs. Can't over sell the warranty enough, either. Had a small spill on one chair, and the tech was out immediately to resolve. Oh, and if you don't end up needing to use it, it's converted to a store credit later (money not lost).

  Bought Leather couch and love seat. Quality is inferior. After less than a year, when you sit down in the love seat there is no support and you almost need help from a friend to get out. Maybe they didn't install springs at the factory or something. Ridiculous. I am not a heavy person by the way and others that have sat on this furniture have said same. Can't believe it. There are other stores with higher quality.
