  Lance showed up on time the two times he has been here and he is a very pleasant and professional person. I have confidence in his ability to make sure that the mouse problem is taken care of. He will return in a few months to complete the contract, but he made an additional trip due to some new discovery I made with regard to how the mice are entering through the ridge vent after climbing up the lightening rod cables. He went right to work and confirmed my analysis and effectively blocked off the entrance areas. When he returns in a few months he will go over the entire house to exclude all bats and mice. I do believe, however, that what he did today will effectively take care of all my problems with mice. Any extra he does will eliminate other potential sites. I highly recommend Colonial Pest Control and especially Lance.
