  Mixed review. The two women in the store who helped us on more than one occasion were always helpful, friendly, and polite. Yet, when there was a mistake made on the store's end, and we tried to get a refund of what we had paid, it took two emails and a phone call. Then the man who helped on the phone, Bob. was angry and mad. When I asked him why, he replied, because you said you had paid cash and that was not true. Well, I hadn't said that, but there was no convincing him. So even though we had to wait until the end of April to get our money back on a Feb 17, 2015 deposit, we were the ones verbally berated. We'll go elsewhere next time; it's just not worth the hassle and the poor treatment.

  Today I went in to check out a bath tub I was interested in. I was thinking it was going to be a quick in and out based on the reviews. But I am happy to say that Ed was very helpful answering all my questions and even giving suggestions on better options. I'll be going back the again.
