  No complaints with service I had broken my phone and was given a loaner phone (which I was appreciative of but I didn't like it) while my phone was to be sent out for repair. They told me it was going to be 3-7 days for the phone to come back to the store, it took 8 days(not a big deal) went to the store to pick it up and activate it awesome I have my phone back. Only problem was that during the activation process Kenny, the guy helping me, kept falling asleep!!! I had to wake him up a couple times but he got it activated and I was on my way. Get Kenny a break, he's tired.
