I went due to my $150 sunglasses needing to be fixed, the person looked at them for a second and said they were so beat up and old all he'd do is replace them for $50. I had them for 1.5 months and there was not a single scratch. Was going to buy a 2nd pair but after that I'd rather go deal direct with the manufacturer.
